How to Book the Business Class Lounge Service:
To access the Business Class Lounge by Bamboo Airways, passengers can choose one of the following four methods:
- Option 1: Book the service directly during the flight ticket reservation process (via Bamboo Airways' official website or app).
- Option 2: Book the service after completing your flight reservation.
- Option 3: Purchase a C-lounge voucher directly at Bamboo Airways' Business Class Lounge.
- Option 4: Buy the additional service at last-minute ticket counters at airports, authorized agents, or Bamboo Airways' official ticket offices.
Once the service is successfully booked, the system will send a confirmation to the email address used for the flight reservation. Passengers can either print the confirmation or save it electronically for airport check-in.
* Note:
- Passengers are advised to book the Business Class Lounge service at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- The Business Class Lounge services include lounge access but do not cover priority services or shuttle buses to the aircraft, unlike full Business Class passengers.
- Lounge Usage Duration: Passengers can enjoy complimentary lounge services for a maximum of 3 hours.
