The mixture is designed to be beneficial for the skin (such as honeysuckle, starfruit leaves, dill, betel leaves, camphor, and Chinese goldthread), the joints (like hawthorn, earth leech, ginseng, wild peach, hundred herbs, blood tonic, cinnamon bark, and pepper), and digestive health (including saigon ginger, lemongrass, cinnamon, water lily, magnolia, and fennel).
A unique herbal bath product
The herbal bath water will be poured into a wooden tub, with a little cold water added to adjust the temperature to a comfortable warmth. Tourists visiting Sapa should avoid staying in the bath for too long. It's recommended to soak for just 15 to 20 minutes to avoid feeling dizzy from the herbs. If you experience sweating, rapid heartbeat, or quick breathing, stop immediately. After getting out of the tub, there's no need to shower again, just dry off and get dressed.
