Passengers can enjoy the premium Business Class Lounge service (Voucher C-lounge) before their flight at a price as low as 280,000 VND/ticket (inclusive of VAT), regardless of the flight class they have booked.
Target Audience
Passengers who have purchased Bamboo Economy or Bamboo Premium tickets and wish to use the Business Class Lounge service.

How to book the Business Class Lounge service
To access the Business Class Lounge of Bamboo Airways, passengers can choose from four options:
Option 1: Book the service while purchasing the ticket:
After selecting a flight and entering passenger details, customers can book the service by choosing “Use Business Class Lounge” on the Additional Services page. Once the booking is complete, the service will be recorded and displayed on the E-ticket as a code labeled “VOUC.” At the airport, the airline's staff will recognize passengers using the lounge service through this code.
Option 2: Book the service after purchasing the ticket:
If you have already booked your ticket and wish to add services, you can easily do so on the website under the “Manage Booking” section. After logging in, select “Add Services” and proceed to make payment for the lounge service you wish to add.
Option 3: Purchase a C-lounge Voucher directly at the Bamboo Airways Business Class Lounge
Option 4: Passengers can purchase the additional service at the 265 Cau Giay Ticket Office, Last-Minute Ticket Office at Noi Bai Airport, Tan Son Nhat Airport, or through Bamboo Airways agents or authorized ticket sellers.
Once the service is successfully booked, the system will send a service confirmation to the email address used for booking. Passengers can print the confirmation or save it electronically for airport check-in procedures.
