-What types of monthly tickets are available?
-Bamboo Airways offers two monthly ticket options to suit your needs.
-Bamboo Monthly Ticket 'Work Hard, Fly Easy' – Fly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays starting at 1,650,000 VND.
One-month ticket price: 1,650,000 VND.
Two-month ticket price: 3,100,000 VND.
Three-month ticket price: 4,500,000 VND.
-Bamboo Monthly Ticket 'Full Week of Adventures' – Fly the entire week starting at 2,090,000 VND.
One-month ticket price: 2,090,000 VND.
Two-month ticket price: 4,180,000 VND.
Three-month ticket price: 6,270,000 VND.
Important notes when using Bamboo Airways' monthly tickets.
-The monthly ticket is only valid for flight tickets, not including any additional services or products.
-The price is not fixed and may vary depending on the time of purchase.
-The 1-2-3 month cards can be extended for 1-2-3 additional months.
Conditions for using monthly tickets.
-Valid for all domestic routes currently offered by Bamboo Airways (excluding flights to/from Con Dao).
-Applicable for flights on weekdays, according to each Monthly Ticket package.
+The activation date of the card is the day the customer logs into the system using the Monthly Ticket code and fills in the required identification details (ID card/passport, date of birth, etc.).
+The card activation date may coincide with the card issue date or occur after the issue date.
+The card issue date is when the customer successfully purchases the Monthly Ticket and receives a confirmation email from the Bamboo Airways system with the Monthly Ticket number.
-The monthly ticket is a personalized flight card assigned to a single cardholder. When activating the card in the system, customers must provide their ID card/passport number for future verification at the airport.
-Monthly tickets and their renewal packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
-There is a limited number of seats available on each flight. Customers are encouraged to book early to secure a seat.
-The flight ticket includes only the base fare, excluding taxes, fees, additional services, and other surcharges. Customers are responsible for paying these charges when booking.
-The surcharge amounts and applicable periods are as follows:
-Applicable for the Economy Unlimited class (which includes 7kg of carry-on luggage and 20kg of checked baggage free of charge).
-Flight schedules and times can be changed for a fee of 270,000 VND per segment/ per change (VAT not included and the fee may change at the time of rescheduling).
-Upgrade to a higher class is available for a fee of 2,500,000 – 3,000,000 VND per segment (depending on the flight). Customers will enjoy services according to Business Class standards, with a non-changeable ticket condition.
-Two no-show occurrences per month are allowed. However, if customers exceed the allowed number of no-shows, the flight card will be suspended and can no longer be used.
-Book your ticket at least 24 hours in advance. You may change your flight at least 12 hours before the departure time, and the new flight must be at least 24 hours after the ticket change.
-Points accumulation and trip counting benefits are not applicable.

+ The system will notify you that the shopping cart has been successfully updated.

+ Fill in all the required and accurate payment details.
+ Select 'Pay' to complete the transaction.
-Step 4:
+ After successful payment, a confirmation screen will appear.
+ Bamboo Airways will send the electronic monthly ticket to the customer's registered email along with the terms and conditions for usage.
