SENIOR PASSENGER GROUP
Bamboo Airways offers a special 85% discount fare for senior citizens aged 60 and above who are Vietnamese nationals. This discount applies to selected fare groups within the Bamboo Economy class (excluding taxes and fees).
Applicable Sales Channels: Official Bamboo Airways ticket offices, including the central office and last-minute counters at the airport.
Conditions: Passengers are required to present and submit a copy of their personal identification when purchasing tickets.
Applicable to: Domestic flights within Vietnam.
Ticket classes available: Bamboo Economy (Y, W, S, B, H, K, L, M, N, Q).
GROUP OF PASSENGERS WITH DISABILITIES
For passengers with severe or very severe disabilities holding Vietnamese nationality, Bamboo Airways offers a special discounted fare of 85% off the ticket price in the Bamboo Economy class categories (excluding taxes and fees).
Tickets available at: Official Bamboo Airways ticket offices, including the central office and last-minute airport ticket counters.
Conditions for ticket purchase: Passengers must provide a disability confirmation issued by the chairman of the People's Committee at the commune/district/province level, in accordance with Circular No. 37/2012/TTLT-BLDTBXH-BYT-BGDT dated December 28, 2012, which outlines the disability assessment process conducted by the Disability Assessment Council.
Applicable routes: Domestic flights within Vietnam.
Eligible ticket classes: Bamboo Economy (Y, W, S, B, H, K, L, M, N, Q).
PASSENGERS WITH PERMANENT RESIDENCY IN CON DAO
For passengers with permanent residency in Con Dao and Vietnamese nationality, Bamboo Airways offers a special discount of 90% off the ticket price in the Bamboo Economy class categories (excluding taxes and fees).
Sales channels: Official Bamboo Airways ticket offices, including the central office and last-minute airport ticket counters.
Required documents: A copy of the household registration and a copy of the identity card.
Applicable routes: Flights to/from Con Dao.
Eligible ticket class: Bamboo Economy.
PASSENGERS WHO ARE MILITARY PERSONNEL, CIVIL SERVANTS, OR GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES STATIONED IN CON DAO
For passengers with permanent residency in Con Dao and Vietnamese nationality, Bamboo Airways offers a special fare discount of 90% off the ticket price in Bamboo Economy class categories (excluding taxes and fees).
Applicable sales channels: Official Bamboo Airways ticket offices, including the central office and last-minute airport ticket counters.
Required Documents: A copy of the official decision regarding the assignment or transfer issued by the relevant government authority, along with a copy of the national ID card.
Journey Details: The travel itinerary to and from Con Dao.
