Flamingo Hải Tiến is a resort complex situated at Linh Trường Cape, Thanh Hóa. Developed as a hub for entertainment, events, and relaxation, the resort features 330 commercial shophouses, 40 mini hotel units, and 600 high-rise apartments (including condotels and abels). The buildings are highlighted by green-inspired designs inspired by the Hanging Gardens of Babylon.
Flamingo Hải Tiến boasts over 50 standout amenities, including a light park, pedestrian streets, and a vibrant entertainment zone. Additionally, it features 7 distinct areas such as a shopping paradise, a 7D Hologram technology check-in zone, and a culinary street.

Flamingo Hải Tiến is divided into three distinct zones. The Beryl Zone features 138 shophouses and boutique hotels with the most extensive ocean views. The Aqua Marine Zone is centrally located, situated beneath the Forest In The Sky Villa 1 building, and is the smallest zone with 78 units.
The Coral Zone is positioned at the far end of the resort. This is the largest zone by area, adjacent to the biggest park cluster. It includes an entertainment area with activities suitable for all ages.
Additionally, Flamingo Hải Tiến Thanh Hóa is conveniently close to several notable attractions, such as the Đức Ông Shrine, Linh Trường Beach, Eureka Linh Trường Tourist Area, and Hải Tiến Marina.
With the opening of the Mai Sơn – QL45 Expressway, traveling from Hanoi to Flamingo Hải Tiến has become highly convenient. From Hanoi, take the Hanoi – Ninh Bình Expressway, then continue on the Mai Sơn – QL45 Expressway at the Mai Sơn interchange. After exiting the expressway at Bỉm Sơn Town, follow QL1 to reach Hải Tiến. The journey from Hanoi to the resort takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.
