- Ticket issuance period: From now until 30/06/2022.
- Departure period: No restrictions.
- Conditions of application:
+ For ticket changes: All booking classes are eligible for free ticket changes. Passengers will be required to pay any fare differences, taxes/fees/surcharges if applicable.
+ Ticket refund: A fee of 500,000 VND per instance applies (refund policy does not apply to Super Saver Economy class).
- Tickets can be purchased via the website, mobile app, ticket offices, and authorized agents of Vietnam Airlines. Special offers are available when booking online:

+ Exclusive regular programs for customers purchasing tickets on the website and mobile app

+ Double mileage and tier miles for Lotus Miles members
Note: Passengers must comply with the cancellation policy and cancel at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure time to avoid a no-show fee. Passengers can easily cancel their bookings on the Vietnam Airlines website.

- Ticket issuance period: From now until 30/06/2022.
