Great news for those planning to travel to/from the picturesque and romantic city of flowers – starting from February 16, 2022, Vietnam Airlines will officially introduce online check-in services at Lien Khuong Airport (Dalat). This will make your travel experience more convenient, faster, and more comfortable than ever before.
Thus, if you are departing from Lien Khuong Airport from February 16, you can immediately start using the online check-in service to save time and enjoy more flexibility in your journey.

Starting from February 16, Vietnam Airlines will introduce an online check-in service at Lien Khuong Airport (Dalat)
Passengers can access the official website or mobile app of Vietnam Airlines to complete online check-in between 24 hours and 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Once the online check-in process is complete, passengers will receive a "digital boarding pass" on their device or can choose to print it. With this pass, passengers can go directly to the security checkpoint and the boarding gate without needing to visit the airline's check-in counter. However, if passengers have checked luggage, they must proceed to the airline's counter to complete the baggage check-in.

- For passengers who have provided their email address during ticket purchase and booking, Vietnam Airlines offers a new online check-in service, designed to save time and streamline the process on both computers and mobile devices. 24 hours before the scheduled departure, passengers will receive a link in their email inviting them to check in online. By clicking the link, passengers can complete the check-in process without needing to re-enter their journey details.
- If passengers have not provided an email address, please follow these steps to complete online check-in:
1. Enter the required information: passenger's last name, departure point, and one of the following details: booking code/ frequent flyer number or electronic ticket number.
2. Select the passenger, and choose the flight for online check-in.
3. Enter passport details (required for trips with international destinations).
4. Choose your seat on the flight.
5. Choose the preferred method to receive your digital boarding pass.
