Vietravel Airlines reserves the right to refuse the transportation of items in checked luggage as follows:
Items that are improperly packaged or do not meet the transportation requirements set by the airline will not be accepted.
Items that do not meet safety and security standards for the flight, as outlined in the regulations for dangerous goods by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA), as well as in the airline's conditions of carriage and contractual terms, will be prohibited.
All items that are prohibited under applicable laws or regulations of the countries of origin, destination, or transit are not allowed.
Items that, in the opinion of Vietravel Airlines, are unsuitable for transport due to their weight, size, shape, or nature, will not be accepted.
Live or dead animals are strictly prohibited from being transported.
Fresh or frozen seafood and meat must be packaged in foam boxes and/or coolers, and may be accepted after inspection by the relevant authorities.
Vietravel Airlines does not accept the transportation of potted plants or plants wrapped in soil as either checked or carry-on luggage.
