When customers book train tickets via Mytour, they can conveniently and quickly make payments by scanning the QR code through their Bank app or e-wallet.
You can use one of three methods to pay with a QR code when booking train tickets through the Mytour website or app:
Method 1: Scan the QR code from a different device
Step 1: Log into your bank app or e-wallet on the payment device
Step 2: Select the option to scan the QR code
Step 3: Move the camera to scan the QR code
Step 4: Check the information: Bank, Account number, Account holder, Amount
Step 5: Confirm the transaction in the bank app or e-wallet
Method 2: Download the QR Code to the payment device
Step 1: Tap the “Save code for payment” button on the transfer information screen
Step 2: Log into your bank app or e-wallet
Step 3: Select the QR code scanning function
Step 4: Choose the “Upload image” option
Step 5: Select the QR code you just downloaded
Step 6: Verify the information: Bank, Account number, Account holder, Transaction details, Amount
Step 7: Confirm the transaction in the bank app or e-wallet.
Method 3: Bank transfer
Step 1: Log into your bank app or e-wallet
Step 2: Select the Transfer Money or Bank Transfer function
Step 3: Choose the bank shown on the Mytour Transfer Information screen
Step 4: Enter or copy the Account Number displayed on the Mytour Transfer Information screen
Step 5: Enter or copy the Transaction details and the amount displayed
Step 6: Verify the information: Bank, Account number, Account holder, Transaction details, Amount
Step 7: Confirm the transaction in the bank app or e-wallet.
