When booking services through Mytour.vn, customers can quickly and conveniently pay by scanning a QR code from their banking app or e-wallet.
When booking services on Mytour (hotel reservations, tours, flight tickets, or entertainment tickets), customers can use the QR code payment method via the Mytour Website or App:
Step 1:
The payment page will display various payment options; select the “Pay via Bank Transfer (QR Code)” option.
Step 2:
The screen displays the transfer information. Clicking on the “Usage Guide” will show general instructions for completing the payment.
Step 3:
Return to the screen – Select “Send via Zalo to proceed with payment.”
*Payment details will be sent to your Zalo as shown in the image below:
Step 4:
After scanning the QR Code, click on the “I have transferred” option.
Step 5:
The screen will display “Thank you for your payment,” indicating that the transaction has been successfully completed.
Once the transfer is finalized, the Mytour.vn system will record the successful payment and automatically send the e-ticket code via Zalo or the email provided (ensure the payment details are entered correctly and check the spam/junk folder to avoid missing the email). If the e-ticket is not received, please wait 5-10 minutes for the system to process. Alternatively, contact us via Zalo for quick assistance and verification.
