Ticket prices for the Bến Thành – Suối Tiên Metro line are designed to be flexible to cater to various needs. Single-ride tickets range from 6,000 to 20,000 VND depending on the distance. A day pass, offering unlimited rides, costs 40,000 VND, while a 3-day pass is priced at 90,000 VND. A monthly pass for frequent travelers costs 300,000 VND, with a 50% discount for students. Special passengers, such as the disabled or elderly, are eligible for free rides under the city's policy. Additionally, passengers can travel for free during the first 30 days of commercial operation, with connections to 17 bus routes to help people adjust to this modern public transport system.
