The Bamboo Explorer Fixed Price Package allows you to purchase 6 one-way Economy class tickets for flights within Southeast Asia (currently served by Bamboo Airways: Singapore, Thailand).
1. Premium benefits of the Bamboo Explorer Fixed Price Package:
- Non-personalized product package: allows booking tickets for more than one person
- Enjoy up to 20kg of free checked baggage allowance
- Fly at the most cost-effective rates, with no price fluctuation on different days
2. Conditions for applying the Bamboo Explorer Fixed Price Package:
- The promotional flight ticket price does not include taxes and fees, and customers are responsible for paying these charges and any surcharges when booking tickets
- Ticket booking deadline: from now until October 27, 2023 (Tickets must be booked at least 24 hours before departure)
- The flight validity period defined by Bamboo Airways is from the date of package purchase until October 28, 2023. Travel is not allowed during holiday and New Year periods, as detailed below:
+ Christmas and New Year: December 17, 2022 – January 8, 2023
+ Lunar New Year: January 13, 2023 – February 13, 2023
+ 30/4 - 1/5 Holiday: April 27, 2023 – May 4, 2023

- The promotional program has a limited number of seats available for each flight. Customers are encouraged to book early to ensure availability.
- Eligible flights for the promotion: Routes to/from Southeast Asia destinations currently operated by Bamboo Airways (Singapore, Thailand).
Note: Any new Southeast Asia routes introduced by Bamboo Airways in the future will be included and updated according to the applicable policies at the time of sale.
- There is a limited number of seats available for each flight. It is advisable to book early to ensure availability on the flight.
- The Bamboo Explorer Fixed Price Package cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined with other promotions from Bamboo Airways, and is non-refundable.
3. Conditions for tickets booked with the Bamboo Explorer Fixed Price Package:
- Name change: Name changes are allowed at least 5 hours before the first flight departure. A name change fee applies depending on the route.
- Flight or itinerary changes: Changes must be made at least 5 hours before the scheduled departure. Change fees apply depending on the route.
Note: The new flight date must be within the validity period of the ticket, and the new flight must be at least 24 hours after the ticket change. Fees may vary at the time of ticket change.
- Ticket refund: Refunds are allowed at least 5 hours before the departure of each segment. Refund fees apply depending on the route.
- Last-minute no-show: Not applicable.
- Tickets purchased with the Bamboo Explorer Package cannot be converted to cash.
- Upgrading services: Customers can upgrade their seats at the airport for the current applicable fee or participate in a seat upgrade auction.
- The Bamboo Explorer Package does not qualify for point accumulation or trip credit.
