Specifically, passengers who purchase a Vietravel Airlines flight ticket will receive an additional 20kg of checked luggage for flights on the Hanoi – Da Nang route (flight VU641, departure at 21:05) and the Da Nang – Hanoi route (flight VU640, departure at 23:10).

The program applies to student passengers with the following terms and conditions:
- Passengers can still purchase and bring additional checked luggage alongside the free checked luggage provided.
- The weight and size of checked luggage will be in accordance with current regulations.
- Applicable fare classes: All fare classes (excluding P-class, free fare tickets, group tickets, and charter tickets).
- Tickets must have the checked luggage package added at least 4 hours before the scheduled departure time. If passengers arrive at the airport without having added the checked luggage package in advance, airport representatives will handle it according to the baggage purchase policy at the airport.
- After ticket payment or at least 4 hours before departure, passengers must submit a clear photo copy of their ID card/CCCD and student card (valid) to the Customer Service Department/Ticket Office to receive assistance with adding the complimentary luggage service.
- Vietravel Airlines reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the program without prior notice.
