VietJet Air currently offers four ticket classes for passengers: Eco, Deluxe, Skyboss, and Business.
Eco Class
Passengers flying in Eco Class will receive the following benefits:
- Carry 7kg of hand luggage.
- Includes Sky Care insurance (not applicable on flights operated by Thai VietJet).
Not included:
- Checked baggage (optional).
- Meal service
- 3-in-1 utility kit
- Choose your seat in advance
- Modify flight, travel date, or itinerary
- Ticket price difference when changing (if any)
- Deluxe class tickets
The ticket price includes:
- Carry-on baggage: 07kg or 10kg, depending on the flight route.
- Checked baggage: Free 20kg or 40kg, depending on the flight route.
- Meals and beverages vary by flight route
- Select your preferred seat in advance (subject to availability, excluding SkyBoss and Business class seats)
- Free flight, date, or itinerary changes (with price difference charged if applicable)

- Luxurious lounge access (not applicable on domestic flights within Thailand or airports with lounges that do not meet the standard or are closed during flight operation hours)
- Priority check-in before the flight
- Priority assistance with luggage handling
- Priority access through security (depending on the airport's conditions)
- Dedicated shuttle service to the aircraft (applies when the aircraft is parked in a remote area; not available at airports without dedicated shuttle services)
- Priority seat selection on the aircraft
- Enjoy fresh, delicious meals throughout the flight
- 3-in-1 convenience kit
- The ticket value can be held for up to 2 years from the original planned departure date
- Sky Care insurance (not applicable on flights operated by Thai VietJet)
- Business Class ticket
