Unique Quynh Son Community Tourism Cultural Village
Quynh Son Community Tourism Cultural Village is located in Quynh Son Commune, Bac Son. The entire village is nestled in the Bac Son valley, featuring more than 400 traditional stilt houses of the Tay people. With its position at the foot of the mountains, the village resembles a vivid painting, showcasing the colors of both the mountains and vast rice fields. Additionally, it reflects the harmonious integration of human life with nature.

From above, the stilt houses appear neatly arranged, closely aligned, nestled at the foot of the mountain with views overlooking the fields. Quynh Son is home to over 400 traditional stilt houses of the Tay ethnic group. These houses are meticulously built using precious wood such as: ginseng, ly, dinh, and lim. The roofs are covered with yin-yang tiles. Typically, the stilt houses have 3 or 5 rooms, each serving a distinct function.

An interesting feature is that all the houses face south, known as the 'Thong Long' direction. According to the beliefs of the people of Quynh Son, this direction is considered auspicious, bringing stability and prosperity. 100% of the residents in the village are Tay people, most of whom bear the surname Duong.
