Japan Airlines is offering free domestic flights to travelers booking international flights to Japan. Vietnamese travelers can begin registering from September 25th.
Japan Airlines has announced that it will provide international tourists with free domestic flights across the archipelago to create a seamless travel experience and alleviate the congestion at some of Japan's most popular tourist spots.

Japan is home to numerous tourist attractions that have yet to receive the attention they deserve, from the Matsushima Bay to the bustling streets of Fukuoka. The simple reason being that these locations are far apart, making it difficult for travelers to explore them. As a result, tourists typically only stop in well-known cities like Tokyo and Kyoto.

ELIGIBILITY
Currently, Japan Airlines is offering free domestic flights to travelers from the United States, Canada, Mexico, Thailand, and Singapore. To qualify for a free domestic flight, travelers must book a round-trip international ticket with the airline, with both legs purchased in one booking. The flight will be completely free if the layover at the first destination in Japan is less than 24 hours. Otherwise, travelers will need to pay a layover fee of $100.

APPLICABLE ELIGIBILITY
This policy also applies to travelers from Australia and New Zealand starting from September 19th, Vietnam and the Philippines from September 25th, and Indonesia, India, China, and Taiwan from September 27th. Japan Airlines has also announced that the list of countries eligible for free domestic flights will be expanded by the end of the month.
