Guidelines for International-Domestic Connecting Flights
- Applicable only to connecting flights operated by VietJet Air through Tan Son Nhat Airport (Ho Chi Minh City), Noi Bai Airport (Hanoi), and Da Nang Airport.
- This rule applies only to connecting flights with a maximum layover time of 24 hours, which may be on the same day or across different days.
Minimum Connecting Time (MCT): MCT at Tan Son Nhat/Noi Bai/Da Nang airports: 180 minutes

Service standards for International-Domestic connecting passengers
- At the departure airport: Passengers are required to present all necessary travel documents as per the regulations of the transit airport authorities (Vietnam).
Passengers can complete check-in procedures and check their luggage through to the transit point.
- At the transit airport: Passengers must prepare all necessary documents and visas for entry. They will follow immigration procedures as per the authorities' regulations (Vietnam), collect checked baggage at the carousel, and then proceed to the Domestic terminal for check-in and baggage drop for the next flight.
- At the final destination: Passengers will retrieve their checked baggage, if any, at the baggage carousel.
