Terms and Conditions:

For the Vietnam Airlines x Vinpearl combo, customers must book at least 7 days in advance of the stay. The package is non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.
Upon checking in at the hotel, please present valid ID and your boarding pass, which must match the customer's details and destination corresponding to the hotel location. Additionally, the departure time should fall between 9 PM and 5 AM the following morning. The flight date on the boarding pass should either be the check-in date or the day before (T-1).
