What are Bamboo Airways' policies regarding airport ticket upgrade fees?
Bamboo Airways clearly outlines the airport ticket upgrade fees for domestic flights within Vietnam, international flights departing from Vietnam, and international flights returning to Vietnam. Check out the detailed breakdown in the image below:

Note:
- The above fees are effective from September 26, 2023, until further notice for tickets issued from September 26, 2023.
- Service upgrade fees apply to one adult or child (aged 2 to 11) per segment, FREE for infants (under 2 years old) traveling together. If upgrading for an adult and accompanying infant exceeds the allowed number of infants in the service class, the upgrade will not be applicable.
- For domestic flights within Vietnam: applicable within 3 hours before departure at the airport.
- For international flights: applicable within 5 hours before departure at the airport.
- Services included after upgrading: Business class standard services, excluding:
+ Ticket conditions (refunds, cancellations, changes): Apply according to the original ticket terms.
+ Meals: Served according to the original ticket class standards. Business class meals are provided based on availability at the time of service upgrade.
