Step 1: In the search box on the homepage, select: DEPARTURE, DESTINATION, DEPARTURE DATE, RETURN DATE (for round-trip tickets), and the NUMBER OF PASSENGERS (adults, children/infants). Then click the SEARCH FLIGHTS button. (Figure 1)
Note: You can choose departure and destination points from the pre-displayed list for both domestic and international trips. To save time, you can also enter the city name or airport code in the search box to select departure/destination points.

Step 2: You will be directed to a page displaying all available flights for comparison and selection. Each flight will provide comprehensive details, including ticket prices, taxes & fees, departure times, airlines, baggage allowances, and more. Click on the flight that best suits your preferences.

Step 3: On the right column of the customer information page, the ticket conditions corresponding to the fare class you selected will be displayed. (Figure 5)
On the customer information page, you need to fill in all required details accurately, including: PASSENGER INFORMATION (Title, Full name as per official identification). CONTACT INFORMATION (The contact person is the one directly booking the ticket, either for themselves or on behalf of others. In this section, you must also provide the full name, phone number, and email address so Mytour can offer the best service). (Figure 6)

Additionally, at this step, if you need to purchase extra checked baggage, request an invoice, or add any special notes to your order, don’t forget to make your selections! You can buy additional checked baggage at various fee levels.
After clicking "Book Ticket," a phone number confirmation page will appear. Confirm once more to proceed with the payment.

Step 4: On the Payment Page, select the payment method that is most convenient for you. Mytour offers a variety of easy and flexible payment options for customers to choose from.

Step 5: After selecting your preferred payment method, Mytour will direct you to the order confirmation page. You have now completed all the steps to book a ticket on Mytour.vn. Shortly after, a Mytour representative will contact you to confirm your booking.
