E-Travel is an online portal provided by the Philippine Government. According to information from Philippine Airlines, all passengers must register their information on E-Travel before their flight. This requirement applies to all international travelers arriving in the Philippines, as well as Philippine citizens departing the country.
As of January 8, 2024, the Customs Declaration Form and the Currency Declaration Form from the Philippine Customs Bureau have been integrated into the E-Travel system, along with the Health Declaration Form from the Bureau of Quarantine and the departure/arrival cards from the Bureau of Immigration. These developments align with the Philippine Government's goal to digitize all CIQ (Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine) paper forms into a unified electronic platform.

Travelers heading to/from the Philippines should take note of the following:
Before your flight, make sure to register your information on the Philippine E-Travel system. This is a mandatory requirement for all international travelers arriving in the Philippines and for Filipino citizens departing the country.
The E-Travel system now integrates Customs and Health Declaration Forms, simplifying the immigration and customs processes.
For incoming passengers:
Complete your registration within 72 hours before your scheduled arrival in the Philippines.
For departing passengers (Only for Philippine citizens):
Register within 72 hours before your scheduled departure from the Philippines.
