Only about two weeks remain until the end of June. However, there's great news for those planning to visit the Southern Pearl Island: many tickets starting from 38,000 VND one-way are now on sale for the Ho Chi Minh City – Phu Quoc route during the final days of the month.
Specifically, using the fare search system on Mytour.vn, it’s clear that many flights in the second half of June 2023 are available with prices starting at just 38,000 VND one-way (base fare excluding taxes and surcharges) for the Ho Chi Minh City – Phu Quoc route. These tickets are offered by Vietravel Airlines, and the fare includes 7kg of carry-on luggage. The ticket conditions include: a fee for ticket/name changes if done 8 hours prior to departure, and no refunds are allowed.
Every day, Vietravel Airlines operates one flight from Ho Chi Minh City to Phu Quoc at 5:05 PM, landing at Phu Quoc Airport at 6:00 PM after a 55-minute flight. With the base fare mentioned earlier, the total price including taxes and fees for the entire journey is 744,000 VND per passenger. This is quite an attractive price for the summer peak season flight to the Pearl Island. Notably, even though only about two weeks remain in June, this appealing fare is available on several flight days, increasing the chances of successfully booking tickets for travelers.
Additionally, the Mytour system also lists a basic fare of 68,000 VND per one-way for Vietravel Airlines, while slightly higher fares include 99,000 VND per one-way for VietJet Air, 119,000 VND per one-way for Pacific Airlines, 169,000 VND per one-way for Bamboo Airways, and Vietnam Airlines has the highest starting price, at 239,000 VND per one-way. Among these, only Bamboo Airways’ basic fare includes an additional 20kg of checked luggage.
