Pacific Airlines' seat selection service provides numerous conveniences for passengers.
Pacific Airlines has established specific guidelines for its seat selection service on each individual flight as follows:
FOR DOMESTIC FLIGHTS
* Standard Economy and Flexible Economy tickets: For these ticket classes, Pacific Airlines offers free seat selection, including seats by the exit door, front rows, and rear rows.
* Saver Economy Class Ticket:
- Exit row seats: 90,000 VND
- Front row seats:
+ Window/aisle seats: 60,000 VND
+ Remaining seats: 50,000 VND
- Rear row seats:
+ Window seats: 50,000 VND
+ All other seats: 40,000 VND
* Super Saver Economy Ticket:
- Exit row seats: 100,000 VND
- Front row seats:
+ Window seats: 80,000 VND
+ Aisle seats: 70,000 VND
+ All remaining seats: 60,000 VND
- Rear seats on the plane:
+ Window seats on the plane: 60,000 VND
+ All other seats on the plane: 50,000 VND
SEAT SELECTION ON INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS
- However, exit row seats (rows 12, 14): 12 USD
- Seats in the upper rows (rows 5 to 10): 8 USD
- Fees for window/aisle seats: 5 USD
Note:
- The prices for seat selection services mentioned above do not include VAT tax.
- Exit row seats are located in rows 12 and 14.
- Seats in the upper rows: from row 5 to row 10
- You can select your preferred seat either during the booking process or, after completing the payment, you can still call Pacific Airlines' Hotline up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time for assistance in adding a seat.

For safety reasons on flights, Pacific Airlines has set requirements for passengers selecting seats near the emergency exits. These passengers must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Passengers must be between the ages of 15 and 60.
- They must have a basic understanding of emergency exit rows and be capable of following the crew's emergency procedures in case of a critical situation during the flight.
- Passengers seated next to the emergency exit must not be accompanied by someone who may need assistance in case of an emergency.
- If you choose to sit next to the emergency exit, you are not allowed to sit with an infant on the flight.
- Passengers seated next to the emergency exit must ensure they are not physically impaired, have limited mobility, have cognitive impairments, or are traveling with a service dog.
- Passengers seated next to the emergency exit must have normal hearing abilities, meaning they should not be deaf or hard of hearing unless corrected with hearing aids or devices.
- Passengers sitting next to the emergency exit should not be visually impaired or have reduced vision, unless corrected with glasses or contact lenses. Passengers must wear their glasses during taxiing, takeoff, and landing.
- Passengers must be able to access, open, lift, and push the emergency exit door, which weighs 15 kg (33 pounds), in case of an emergency.
- Pregnant women, regardless of the stage of pregnancy, are not allowed to sit next to the emergency exit.
