Carry-On Baggage Allowance and Regulations
- Royal Laurel/Premium Laurel/Class passengers are allowed to carry two pieces of carry-on luggage, with each piece not exceeding 7kg. Premium Economy/Economy Class passengers are permitted to bring one piece of carry-on luggage weighing up to 7kg.
- The size of each carry-on item must not exceed 23 x 36 x 56cm or a total of 115cm (personal items are excluded from this rule). Please note that some carry-on items, such as oversized plastic containers or sports equipment bags, may not fit in the cabin storage, even if their total size does not exceed 115cm. We recommend checking in such items instead of carrying them on board.

If you choose to place your personal belongings in the seatback pocket, they must be positioned in a straight line with the back of the seat and should never extend into the aisle. Passengers are permitted to place a small bag on their shoulder or lap once the seatbelt is fastened.
- The use of small, handheld electronic devices not intended for medical purposes, such as personal air purifiers and portable humidifiers, on board the aircraft is subject to the following restrictions.
- Adhere to the carry-on luggage size standards and weight limits, as well as the regulations concerning the use of personal electronic devices.

Special Items
- Certain special items are not suitable for checked baggage due to their nature and must be carried into the cabin upon request. These items should be stored in a securely closed overhead compartment or under the seat. If it is not possible to place the item in these locations, it will be treated as carry-on luggage and will incur an additional charge for an extra seat. These items include:

However, if you prefer not to store such items under the seat in front or in the overhead compartment, they will only be accepted as carry-on luggage and must be carefully and securely packed in a box.
+ Musical instruments: No carry-on baggage may exceed the height of the seatback, except for musical instruments. However, instruments must not obstruct the aisle or interfere with passengers' view of emergency exit signs. Carry-on items should be stowed in the seat nearest the aisle behind a divider. Cellos, accepted as carry-on luggage and stored on the passenger floor, cannot block access to emergency exits; for example, seats near the rear window behind the divider are not recommended. However, cellos may only be accepted in the front row of the divider provided the passenger has free access to the emergency exit.

+ Valuables: It is recommended to keep cash, financial documents, jewelry, cameras, mobile phones, portable electronics, and other valuable items on your person or in your carry-on bag. These items can also be stored in the overhead compartment or under the seat.
Travel Accessories
Passengers carrying travel accessories such as Bedbox, Fly-Tot, Plane Pal, or similar products must adhere to the following rules:

These items are not permitted in the aisles or in seats located next to emergency exit doors on the aircraft.
Do not cause damage to any property or personnel aboard the aircraft.
Ensure that it does not affect the comfort or convenience of other passengers. For example, avoid obstructing the recline range of the seat in front.
If there are concerns that a Bedbox may hinder the movement of other passengers, it may only be used in window seats (e.g., A/K) or in the middle seats between two aisles (e.g., E/F). Passengers must notify the booking staff in advance to secure an appropriate seat for using such products on board.
Restrictions on quantity, size, weight, and compact placement must comply with hand luggage regulations.
Whenever the seatbelt sign is illuminated during the flight or the cabin crew instructs you to do so, you must follow the safety instructions outlined below:
For children aged 2 and older, the accompanying adult must ensure that the child is properly secured with a seatbelt.
For infants under 2 years old with a child fare ticket, the accompanying adult must hold the child securely to prevent injury.
