GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT CHANGI AIRPORT
Changi International Airport, officially known as Singapore Changi International Airport, ranked third among the best airports in the world in 2021 (according to Skytrax). Not only does it serve as Asia's largest hub for international passengers and cargo, but it also offers an extensive and diverse entertainment complex.
Changi Airport is located about 20km from downtown Singapore and consists of four separate terminals: Terminal 1, Terminal 2, Terminal 3, and Terminal 4 (T1, T2, T3, T4). Additionally, the airport features the Jewel Changi complex. The terminals and the complex are interconnected in a long, inverted U-shape. You can easily travel between terminals using the free Skytrain. It is also known that the airport is currently building its fifth terminal, a super-terminal expected to be completed around 2030.

- Public Bus Service: Passengers can take bus number 36, which departs from the bus stops located in the basement of Terminal 1, 2, and 3 to head towards the city center.
- City Shuttle: This service connects Changi Airport with 160 hotels located in the heart of the city. City Shuttle pick-up points are available at all terminals of the airport.

There are two or three currency exchange desks in each terminal area, open 24 hours a day. ATMs are available in every part of the airport.
IT and Telecommunication Services at Changi Airport
Telecommunication services in Singapore are free and can be found in the Transit shopping center. For international calls, international phone cards are available at 7-Eleven and Left Luggage stores at the airport. Free internet service is available, with internet cafes located in the Departure Lounge / Transit Lounges in Terminals 1 and 2. There are also Ethernet LAN points, infrared ports, and networks for laptop users. Wi-Fi access comes with a small fee.
Business services such as typing, emailing documents, photocopying, and faxing are available at the Business Centres located in the Transit hotels in Terminals 1 and 2.
