Vietnam Airlines' airport transfer service offers numerous benefits for passengers
Specifically, Vietnam Airlines offers passengers a fast airport transfer service designed to assist with check-in, baggage handling before flights, and post-arrival procedures. Most importantly, it helps passengers minimize waiting times and streamline airport processes. This service is perfect for both groups and individual travelers.
By using the transfer service, passengers can save up to 70 minutes at international flights and around 55 minutes on domestic flights, significantly reducing wait times at the airport.
The cost for passengers to use the service starts at 550,000 VND per service per person. This service is available at Noi Bai, Tan Son Nhat, and Da Nang airports.

See-off for international/domestic passengers
- Passengers will be identified and greeted outside the terminal.
- Passengers will be guided and assisted with check-in at the departure hall.
- Passengers' luggage will be tagged with priority labels.
- Passengers will be directed to the lounge or departure gate area before boarding time.
Important: Passengers must reserve the service at least 24 hours before the flight departure time.
Pick-up for international/domestic passengers
- Passengers will be identified and warmly welcomed at the entrance of the jet bridge or the designated passenger drop-off area at the terminal.
- Passengers will be guided and assisted with check-in at the arrival hall.
- Passengers will receive help retrieving their luggage from the baggage claim area, and will be assisted with the transfer to their vehicle and handed over to the person picking them up outside the arrivals area.
Note: Passengers are advised to book the service at least 24 hours prior to the flight departure.

Connecting Flight Pick-up/Drop-off
- Passengers will be greeted by staff holding a sign with the passenger's name at the aircraft door or at the terminal entrance if they are taking a shuttle bus to the terminal.
- Passengers will receive assistance with connecting flights for their next journey.
- Passengers will be assisted through security and provided with Fast Track service (if available).
- Passengers will receive help with moving between terminals, especially for connecting domestic to international flights, or vice versa.
Passengers will be guided to the boarding gate for their connecting flight.
Note: The minimum connection time between the incoming and outgoing flights is 100 minutes. Additionally, passengers must book this service at least 24 hours prior to their flight's departure/arrival.
