In response to the growing demand of travelers and to enhance service quality on every flight, Bamboo Airways provides passengers with a variety of flexible options to upgrade their checked baggage weight. Check out the details of this service in the article below.
CHECKED BAGGAGE REGULATIONS
Bamboo Airways has set the limit for each checked baggage at a weight of no more than 32kg and/or dimensions (length x width x height) not exceeding 203cm.
The fee schedule for upgrading checked baggage weight is as follows:
PRE-FLIGHT PURCHASE
- Additional checked baggage cannot be purchased for flights to/from Con Dao.
- The maximum additional baggage weight (kg) is 60kg (available for both Business and Economy classes).
Purchase before 24 hours prior to flight
Purchase within 24 hours prior to your flight, and before 3 hours of the scheduled departure time
BUY LUGGAGE AT THE AIRPORT
Valid for all domestic flights, including routes to/from Con Dao (subject to operational availability on the flight).
Note:
- The price includes VAT.
- If passengers have previously purchased luggage in advance and wish to purchase additional baggage, please contact the Ticket Office or Bamboo Airways Customer Service Hotline.
- The peak periods for Tết and summer are as follows: 01/02/2024 – 20/02/2024 and 20/05/2024 – 15/08/2024.
