Additionally, starting from October 1, 2024, the 'Reserve a ticket, pay later' feature will be temporarily suspended. For ticket changes or cancellations during the Tet peak period (from January 21, 2025 to February 9, 2025), a 30% penalty fee will apply for any returned or exchanged tickets. Individual ticket returns must be made 24 hours before departure, while group tickets require a 48-hour notice.
Passengers who purchased tickets through the website or related apps can cancel their tickets online. For other purchasing methods, passengers must visit the station in person and present their original identification documents.
