Alongside investing in a modern, comfortable fleet, Pacific Airlines is also dedicated to providing attentive and thoughtful service to all its passengers. One group that the airline especially focuses on is young children. Join Mytour as we explore the newest regulations from Pacific Airlines for little travelers.

What are Pacific Airlines' rules for baby/child passengers?
Regulations for passengers who are infants under 02 years old
Pacific Airlines has the policy that each adult passenger can travel with two infants. One infant can sit on the adult's lap, while the second infant must have a separate seat and can sit upright without additional support. If you are traveling with more than one infant, please contact the airline or an agent to make a reservation.
Note:
- Infants younger than 7 days old are not eligible for transportation with Pacific Airlines.
- Children and infants between the ages of 2 and 11 years must be accompanied by a passenger. The accompanying passenger must be at least 15 years old (unless the child's parents are under 15).
- Children must present an original birth certificate when checking in for the flight. For infants under 1 month old, a birth certificate or official document from the hospital is acceptable. For children over 1 year, an original or certified copy of the birth certificate is required.
- When booking, parents must provide complete and accurate information about their child. Although infants under 2 years old do not occupy a full seat, the number of infants allowed per flight is limited. Therefore, if the flight has reached the maximum number of infants, the system will automatically prompt the customer to select another flight.
What is Pacific Airlines' policy for minors traveling alone?
- Pacific Airlines requires passengers aged 12 and above to purchase tickets at adult fare rates. For international flights, the ticket price may also vary depending on the flight route.
- Passengers aged 12 to under 14 can travel alone if they are capable of independent travel. However, the airline will require the child's parent or guardian to sign a waiver of responsibility.
- Children under 12 are not allowed to fly without an accompanying passenger who is at least 15 years old. The accompanying passenger must be a paid ticket holder who can travel independently and provide assistance and supervision to the child they are traveling with.
- For children aged 14 and above, no accompaniment is necessary at the airport as long as they have their identity card or citizen identification card prepared.
- Với hành trình bay quốc tế thì bắt buộc phải sử dụng hộ chiếu và visa (nếu cần).
