Constructed in 2006 to replace the Sea Flower Art installation, the tower officially opened in December 2008. Featuring 6 basement levels, it showcases local images and products. The basement and ground floor

The ground floor features a pentagonal courtyard, reflecting the tower's five-petal design. It includes a main hall, four auxiliary halls, and serves as an exhibition space for images and promotional materials showcasing Nha Trang and Khánh Hòa tourism.
