Hai Phong is one of the largest cities in Vietnam, ranking as the biggest port city in the northern part of the country. This city is the third-largest in Vietnam and the second-largest in the North, after Hanoi. Hai Phong holds a strategic position as the northern military outpost, housing the headquarters of the Military Region 3 Command, the Naval Region 1 Command, and the Vietnam Navy. The extensive planting of red phoenix flowers in the city, known for their vibrant color, has earned Hai Phong the nickname 'City of Red Phoenix Flowers.' 2. Can Tho

Can Tho is one of the centrally governed cities classified as type 1 urban. It is the largest and most modern city in the Mekong Delta, serving as a vital economic center and a crucial transportation hub connecting the provinces in the region. Known as the 'city of rivers,' Can Tho features a vast network of rivers, abundant fruit orchards, and sprawling fields, making it ideal for agricultural development, livestock, aquaculture, and power generation. Can Tho is home to numerous educational institutions and research centers, positioning it as the economic and cultural heart of the Southwestern region of Vietnam.


3. Thành phố Hà Nội

Thành phố Hà Nội là thủ đô của nước Cộng hòa Xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam. Nằm giữa đồng bằng sông Hồng bao gồm 12 quận, 17 huyện. Thành phố Hà Nội sớm trở thành một trung tâm chính trị, kinh tế và văn hóa phát triển bậc nhất của Việt Nam. Thành phố Hà Nội là thành phố Trực thuộc Trung ương được xếp vào hạng đô thị loại đặc biệt cùng với thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.
