2. VIETNAM AIRLINES STANDARD ECONOMY
- Passengers can select seats for FREE (with priority given after Flexible Economy passengers).
- Passengers are allowed to change to earlier flights on the SAME DAY at no additional cost. For flights from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi, this applies to flights departing up to 4 hours earlier than the original booking.
- For other changes, Vietnam Airlines will charge a fee of 360,000 VND.
- Standard Economy passengers are allowed to carry 12kg of hand luggage (one 10kg item and one small bag). Checked luggage allowance: one 23kg item.
- Earn 80% bonus miles exclusively for Golden Lotus Members.
3. VIETNAM AIRLINES SAVER ECONOMY
- This fare class is assigned seats after Standard Economy. Seat selection is available for an additional fee.
- When booking this fare class, passengers can change tickets, switch flights at the airport, cancel flights, or request refunds for a fee of 500,000 VND.
- Hand luggage allowance: 12kg (one 10kg item and one small bag). Checked luggage allowance: one 23kg item.
- Earn 60% bonus miles exclusively for Golden Lotus Members.
4. VIETNAM AIRLINES SUPER SAVER ECONOMY
- With this fare class, Vietnam Airlines' system will automatically assign seats in the rear rows of the aircraft. Seat selection is available for an additional fee.
- NOT ALLOWED to change tickets, switch flights at the airport, cancel flights, or request refunds.
- Super Saver Economy passengers are allowed to carry 12kg of hand luggage (one 10kg item and one small bag). Checked luggage of 23kg is NOT included.
- Earn 10% bonus miles exclusively for Golden Lotus Members, applicable only to reward miles.
