1. Fees for changing flight dates, times, and routes with Vietnam Airlines
The conditions for changing flight dates with Vietnam Airlines are determined based on the selected seat class.
The conditions for changing flight dates with Vietnam Airlines will depend on the seat class you have chosen. Specifically:
Flexible Business Class (J, C)
+ Changing flight dates and times: When booking a flexible business class ticket with Vietnam Airlines, you will enjoy FREE changes to your flight's date and time.
+ Changing flight routes: You can make changes to your flight route for FREE.
Standard Business Class (D, I)
+ Changing the flight date or time: Allowed with an additional fee of 300,000 VND per person
+ Changing the flight route: Allowed with an additional fee of 300,000 VND per person per route
Flexible Economy Class (Y, B, M, S)
+ Flight date and time changes: FREE (except during Lunar New Year period): For changes made before the departure date on the ticket: 300,000 VND/person; For changes made after the departure date on the ticket: 600,000 VND/person.
+ Change of flight route: A fee will be applied for route changes: On regular days, the change fee is 300,000 VND/person/route plus the price difference; during the Lunar New Year period, the fee is 600,000 VND/person/route plus the price difference.
Standard Economy Class (K, L, Q, N, R)
+ Flight date and time changes: Changes are allowed with a fee of 300,000 VND/person (if made before the departure date on the ticket). A fee of 600,000 VND/person will be charged (if changes are made on or after the departure date on the ticket).
+ Change of flight route: Route changes are allowed with a fee of 300,000 VND/person/segment (if made before the departure date on the ticket). A fee of 600,000 VND/person/segment will apply (if changes are made on or after the departure date on the ticket).
Economy Class Saver (T, E)
+ Flight date and time changes: Changes are allowed with a fee of 600,000 VND/person (if made before the departure date on the ticket). Changes to the date or time will NOT be permitted on or after the departure date on the ticket.
+ Change of flight route: Route changes are allowed with a fee of 600,000 VND/person/segment (if made before the departure date on the ticket). Changes to the route will NOT be permitted on or after the departure date on the ticket.
Super Saver Economy Class (A, G, P)
Flight date and time changes: Not allowed.
Change of flight route: Not allowed.

Promo Fare (A)
+ Changing flight dates and times: A fee of 374,000 VND per person applies, plus any fare differences (if applicable).
+ Changing flight routes: A fee of 374,000 VND per person per route applies, plus any fare differences (if applicable).
3. Change fees for flight dates, times, and itineraries with Jetstar Pacific Airlines
You can proceed with changing your flight time and itinerary with Jetstar Pacific through the website, customer service center, or at the airport.
The fees for changing flight dates, times, and itineraries are applied by Jetstar Pacific Airlines:
Starter Max Class (Upgrade from H to Y)
Changing flight dates and times: Free of charge + any fare differences (if applicable)
Changing flight routes: Free of charge + any fare differences (if applicable)
Starter Plus Class (Upgrade from E5 to Y)
Changing the flight date and time: Free of charge, plus any fare differences (if applicable).
Changing the flight route: Not allowed.
Ticket Class: Starter (E5, E4, E3, E2, E1, H, K, L, M, N, O, Q, R, S, T, V, Y).
Changing the flight date and time: A change fee of 360,000 VND per person, plus any fare differences (if applicable).
Changing the flight route: Not permitted.
4. Fees for changing flight date, time, and itinerary with Bamboo Airways.
First Class
Changing the flight date and time: Free of charge, plus any fare differences (if applicable).
Changing the flight route: Free of charge, plus any fare differences (if applicable).
Business Class
Changing the flight date and time:
More than 3 hours before the scheduled departure: Free of charge, with any fare differences (if applicable).
Within and after 3 hours before the scheduled departure: A fee of 275,000 VND per person, plus any fare differences (if applicable).
Changing the flight route:
More than 3 hours before the scheduled departure: Free of charge, plus any fare differences (if applicable).
Within and after 3 hours before the scheduled departure: A fee of 275,000 VND per person, plus any fare differences (if applicable).
Plus Class
Changing the flight date and time: A fee of 374,000 VND per person, plus any fare differences (if applicable).

Eco Class
