- The online check-in service is available at all airports across Vietnam.
- Online check-in is permitted from 24 hours up to 1 hour prior to the scheduled departure time.
For international flights
- Applies to flights departing from: Noi Bai (HAN), Melbourne (MEL), Sydney (SYD), New Delhi (DEL), Ahmedabad (AMD), Mumbai (BOM), Narita (NRT), Hong Kong (HKG), Incheon (ICN).
- Applies from 24 hours to 90 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- After completing online check-in, passengers should visit the Online Check-in counter at the airport where staff will verify travel documents according to the immigration requirements and check in luggage (if any).
- Present all necessary documents at the counter:
