Cường Ký Mì Gia is not only famous for giving away pork trotters but is also well-known for its homemade noodles, a specialty that no other place can offer.
With every bowl of noodles, the restaurant adds a large piece of pork trotter for customers. The broth served with dumplings or noodle soup is exceptionally sweet, thanks to the bone marrow. The pork trotters given out are rich in meat, tendons, and marrow, making them a satisfying treat without being too greasy.
The restaurant stays open until 2 a.m., so late-night diners can comfortably come and enjoy their meal. Compared to other spots on Ha Ton Quyen Street, I still rate Cường Ký highly. Everyone should come and try it out!
