The Nha Trang Sea Festival (Khanh Hoa) is held every two years, aiming to introduce and promote tourism, showcase the beauty of the land, nature, and the people of Nha Trang's coastal region to visitors. It also serves as an opportunity for tourists to enjoy more activities, explore exciting attractions, and gain a deeper understanding of the local culture and people.
This year, the Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Sea Festival 2023 will run from June 3rd to 6th, featuring over 60 cultural, sports, and tourism activities in the city of Nha Trang and one other town or district in Khanh Hoa Province.
The opening ceremony will showcase several major events, including the theme 'Khanh Hoa - Aspiration for Development' and the international light art festival, an art performance program, a fashion show 'Khanh Hoa - Connecting Love', the World Music Grand Concert 'Echoes of the Ocean', and the closing ceremony with the theme 'Khanh Hoa - Unity towards the Future'...
The Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Sea Festival 2023 features a vibrant street festival and street art performances, a Vespa and vintage car parade, the Fishermen's Festival, the Ao Dai Festival, Choi singing competitions, traditional opera performances, human chess matches, a painting competition, art and photography exhibitions, sporting events, tourism promotions, cultural and culinary presentations, and scientific-educational workshops.
2023 marks the 10th edition of the Nha Trang Sea Festival. The event was first held in 2003 and has been regularly organized since then, becoming an important cultural and social event both locally and nationwide.
