Specifically, a quick search on Mytour.vn reveals that in the early days of February 2023, from February 11 to 16 (the 1st to 6th day of the Lunar New Year), ticket prices for the Hanoi – Ho Chi Minh City route were still quite high, starting at 1,473,000 VND per one-way trip with Vietravel Airlines offering these fares. These prices appeared on February 6, 2023, and were considered the best deal during the first few days of the month.
On February 1, 2023, ticket prices for this route started at 8,264,000 VND per one-way trip, with Bamboo Airways offering these fares.
By February 7, 2023, ticket prices began to gradually decrease, though they remained relatively high, starting at 950,000 VND per one-way trip, with VietJet Air offering these fares.
This price level continued until around February 14, 2023, when it dropped further to 640,000 VND per one-way trip, still offered by VietJet Air, and this price remained stable until the end of February 2023.
