With the seat selection feature, you can easily choose a spacious row, a window seat, or a seat near the aisle—whatever suits your preferences—right during the online booking process on the website.

Please make sure to book at least 3 hours before departure for domestic flights and 6 hours before departure for international flights.

For domestic flights within Vietnam

- Passengers in the following categories are not allowed to choose seats in the emergency exit row:

+ Passengers under 15 years old;

+ Those who cannot speak English and/or Vietnamese;

- Passengers who have difficulty moving due to body weight, illness, or reduced mobility can only select a window seat (A/F). Other seats may be assigned at the airport check-in counter based on the type and/or degree of mobility restrictions.

- For flight safety, check-in staff and flight attendants have the authority to move any passenger who does not meet these criteria. Bamboo Airways will not refund the seat selection fee in such cases.

- The type of aircraft may change depending on operational conditions.

- For passengers with a larger body frame, or those who simply want more legroom for comfort, it’s best to select a seat in the row closest to the emergency exit. These seats typically offer more space.

- If you’re traveling with children or infants, it’s recommended to choose a seat in the partitioned rows, which separate two passenger cabins. This will provide ample space, making it easier to look after your child and access your belongings. Your child will also feel more comfortable and less cramped.

- If you often experience motion sickness, try to choose a seat in the middle of the plane, near the wings. This will help minimize the sensation of turbulence, making it easier to tolerate.

- If you’re looking to book a seat in a prime location, it’s best to contact the airline in advance. Booking closer to the departure date may result in limited availability.
