Located in Hamlet 3, An Duc Commune, Ba Tri District, Ben Tre Province, the site was recognized as a national cultural heritage by the Prime Minister of Vietnam in late 2016.

The Nguyen Dinh Chieu Tomb has become a spiritual tourism destination and a source of pride for the people of Ben Tre. It honors the patriotic poet, exemplary teacher, and compassionate doctor. The tomb complex covers an area of over 1.5 hectares and underwent renovation in 2000. The site includes a three-arched gate, a stele house, a new temple, an old temple, and the tomb itself.
