Important flight time details when flying with Vietravel Airlines
To ensure smooth journeys, make sure to note the flight times set by the airline
- Check-in counter opening times
+ For domestic flights, passengers should arrive 2 hours before the scheduled departure, and the check-in counter will close 40 minutes prior to departure.
+ For international flights, passengers should arrive 3 hours before the scheduled departure, and the check-in counter will close 50 minutes before departure (For flights departing from Bangkok, the counter closes 60 minutes before departure).
Important: The departure gate will close 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- When purchasing a flight ticket, you must ensure you are at the departure gate on time for your journey. Failing to do so could result in denied boarding and the loss of your entire ticket cost. Once at the airport, make sure to proceed quickly to the security area (as well as customs and immigration control if required) once your airline procedures are complete.
- If you arrive after the designated departure time and the gates have closed for your flight, you will be considered a late passenger and will not be permitted to board. Vietravel Airlines will not be responsible for any transportation documentation or legal procedures concerning passengers who miss their flights due to not being at the gate at the required time, as previously stated. In such cases, we may assist in rebooking the passenger on the next available flight (subject to availability) with a fee applied.
