For domestic flights operated by VietJet Air
- Online check-in service is available for flights departing from all airports in Vietnam.
- Applicable time: From 24 hours to 60 minutes before departure.
For international flights operated by VietJet Air
Online Check-in service is available for flights departing from:
- Australia: Melbourne Airport (MEL), Sydney Airport (SYD), Brisbane Airport (BNE)
- India: New Delhi Airport (DEL), Ahmedabad Airport (AMD), Mumbai Airport (BOM), Cochin Airport (COK)
- Japan: Narita Airport (NRT), Haneda Airport (HND), Fukuoka Airport (FUK), Kansai Airport (KIX), Nagoya Chubu Airport (NGO)
- South Korea: Incheon Airport (ICN)
- Malaysia: Kuala Lumpur Airport (KUL)
- Singapore: Changi Airport (SIN)
- Thailand: Bangkok Airport (BKK), Phuket Airport (HKT)
- Indonesia: Jakarta Airport (CGK)
- Hong Kong: Hong Kong Airport (HKG)
- Vietnam: Noi Bai Airport (HAN), Tan Son Nhat Airport (SGN)
+ Applicable time: From 24 hours to 90 minutes before departure (For international flights departing from Tan Son Nhat Airport: from 24 hours to 3 hours before departure)
General Regulations
- Passengers must prepare valid travel documents, ensuring they comply with immigration and stay regulations.
- Passengers must complete Online Check-in and print their boarding pass on A4 paper before arriving at the airport. Electronic boarding passes stored on mobile devices (phones, tablets, email, etc.) are not valid for international flights.
- At the airport: Passengers must arrive at the Online Check-in service counter at least 60 minutes before departure for staff to verify travel documents, immigration papers, and other required documents as per authorities' regulations before proceeding to the departure area. This rule applies to passengers with or without checked luggage.
- Passengers with checked luggage: Baggage drop-off counters close 60 minutes before departure.
Note: Online Check-in service is not applicable for:
- Passengers traveling with infants (<2 years old) or pregnant passengers.
- Passengers with mobility restrictions or requiring special assistance.
