- Only pets that are at least 10 weeks old are allowed to be transported.
- The combined weight of the pet and its carrier must not exceed 32 kg. If the total weight of the pet and carrier exceeds 32 kg, the pet will be transported as cargo.
- Pets are eligible for air travel if they are healthy, fully vaccinated, free of unpleasant odors, and do not pose a risk to other passengers or their belongings on the flight.
- The pet carrier must be appropriately sized and spacious enough for the animal to move around, such as turning, standing, sitting, or lying down comfortably. The dimensions should not exceed 35cm x 30cm x 20cm (width x length x height).

The pet being transported must be in good health and have all the necessary documentation.

- When traveling with a pet, it is essential to contact the relevant quarantine authorities, embassies, or consulates in the countries along your route to ensure you have all the required paperwork, such as export/import permits, health certificates, vaccination records, etc.
- Be sure to arrive at the airport well in advance to complete the necessary check-in procedures. It is generally recommended to arrive at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure time.
