After VietjetAir, on January 18, Vietnam Airlines seemed to gain a significant advantage on the Ho Chi Minh City to Thanh Hoa route by offering tickets priced at 2,687,000 VND/one-way with various flight times throughout the day, giving travelers more options to find the perfect flight for the Lunar New Year.
On January 19, 2023 (28th day of the lunar month), there were some changes in the flight prices for the Ho Chi Minh City to Thanh Hoa route.
Vietjet Air's tickets were sold out, and in their place, Vietnam Airlines offered tickets at 2,687,000 VND for flights at different departure times on this day.
On January 20, 2023 (the 29th day of the lunar month), VietjetAir offered one-way tickets priced at 2,649,000 VND for the flight from Ho Chi Minh City to Thanh Hoa. The available departure times were 05:50 AM, 09:15 AM, and 08:20 PM.
