As the summer peak season begins, many travelers, especially from the South, are surely interested in the flight fares for the Ho Chi Minh City to Hai Phong route – one of the busiest air routes in the country. Check out the latest ticket prices below to plan and book your trip.
According to the fare search system on Mytour.vn, the best available price for the Ho Chi Minh City – Hai Phong flight departing in June 2023 is 640,000 VND per one-way (base price excluding taxes, fees, and surcharges). This fare is for VietJet Air, with 7kg of hand luggage allowed and conditions including a change/refund fee, with name changes not permitted.
As of now, the base fare of 640,000 VND per one-way trip offered by VietJet Air is the lowest price for the Ho Chi Minh City – Hai Phong route. This fare is only available on certain early June flights. This makes sense as June is the peak summer travel season, meaning that as the month progresses, prices will only rise, not fall.
A commonly available fare in June is 749,000 VND per one-way, also offered by VietJet Air, for an Eco class ticket.
Additionally, Vietnam Airlines offers a starting price of 809,000 VND per one-way, which includes 23kg of checked luggage and a complimentary meal on board. On certain other flight dates, the basic fare for Vietnam Airlines can exceed 1 million VND. Bamboo Airways also offers flights starting at 869,000 VND per one-way, which includes 7kg of hand luggage, 20kg of checked luggage, and a meal.

It can be said that in June 2023, the flight fares for the Ho Chi Minh City – Hai Phong route are relatively high.
