To improve passenger service quality, Vietjet Air has officially introduced the “Happy Return” tool, designed to help travelers locate lost items.
Passengers on both domestic and international flights operated by Vietjet Air can now retrieve information about misplaced luggage using the “Happy Return” tool.
Vietjet Air’s Lost Item Recovery Tool - “Happy Return”
The process for locating lost luggage at Vietjet Air is as follows:
- Step 1: Passengers visit the website https://www.vietjetair.com/vi/happy-return/ and enter details including Flight Date, Luggage Type, Flight Number, and Seat Number.
- Step 2: If the item is found, create a retrieval form. If not, submit a search request for the misplaced item.
- Step 3: Visit the Lost and Found counter at the airport storage, present valid identification (ID Card/Passport) for verification, and retrieve the forgotten item as soon as possible.
- Step 4: Verify the information with airport staff.
- Step 5: Sign the confirmation form to acknowledge receipt of the lost luggage.
- Step 6: Retrieve the misplaced item.
* Note: After 30 days from the storage date, unclaimed lost items will be liquidated or disposed of as per regulations. Perishable goods or fragile items may be destroyed earlier as per guidelines.
