Rules Applicable for International-to-International Connecting Flights
- Only applicable for connecting flights between Vietjet-operated routes via the following airports: Noi Bai Airport (Hanoi), Tan Son Nhat Airport (Ho Chi Minh City), and Da Nang Airport.
- Only applicable for connecting flights with a maximum layover time of 24 hours, which may be on the same day or different days.
Minimum Connecting Time (MCT)
MCT at Noi Bai / Tan Son Nhat / Da Nang Airport: 90 minutes.

Service Standards for International-to-International Connecting Passengers
- At the departure airport: Passengers are required to present all necessary travel documents as mandated by the authorities at the transit point (if applicable) and the final destination.
- Passengers on international-to-international connecting flights can complete inter-segment check-in procedures, receive boarding passes, and baggage tags for all flight segments to the final destination.
- Checked baggage will be sent directly to the final destination of the journey.
- Passengers do not need to complete immigration procedures at the transit airport. If passengers wish to enter the transit country, they must have all necessary documents and visas for entry at the transit country (Vietnam).
At the transit airport: Passengers move through the transfer area to reach the boarding lounge without needing to complete immigration procedures or collect checked luggage, if any.
At the final destination: Passengers complete immigration formalities and retrieve their checked luggage, if applicable, at the baggage carousel.
Benefits of International-to-International Transfer Services
Luggage will be sent directly to the final destination, allowing passengers to avoid collecting and rechecking their bags during transit.
Passengers are exempt from completing immigration procedures, meaning they do not need to meet visa requirements at the transit airport (Vietnam).
All passengers will receive 02 vouchers, each valued at 10 USD, if their layover duration is between 5 hours and under 24 hours.
