On April 18, 2024, Vietnam Airlines has notified that its system will undergo a "disruption" for around 12 hours. See more details!

During the upcoming Hung Kings Commemoration Day (April 18, 2024), the National Carrier Vietnam Airlines will be upgrading its system to serve passengers from 01:15 AM to 01:00 PM (estimated completion time).

This operation is expected to affect several services, including:

Reservation, ticket purchase, ticket refund/exchange,...
Online check-in and airport check-in procedures.
Frequent flyer services such as mileage accrual and redemption.

To minimize any disruption, Mytour.vn will temporarily suspend sales of Vietnam Airlines flights from 3:00 PM on April 16, 2024 until Vietnam Airlines completes its system upgrade and resumes stable operations.

After this period, the system will be back to normal operation.
