Latest 2023 Entry Requirements for the United Kingdom

- Upon arrival in the UK, passengers will be required to complete a declaration form as mandated by the UK government during the immigration process.
+ Once the declaration is completed, the system will generate a QR code; passengers should either take a picture of this QR code or print it out along with the other required documents. If any information is missing according to the provided template, the system will not display the QR code, and the passenger will be considered as not having completed the declaration.
+ This declaration is mandatory, so if passengers fail to complete it, they may face a fine of 100 GBP per person.
+ The declaration must be completed before checking in; passengers without a QR code will not be allowed to proceed with check-in at the airport. A missing QR code will be considered as missing documentation for entry.
- Passengers aged 12 and above are required to present a negative PCR test result for Covid-19 taken within 2 days prior to entering the UK. The result must be the original document in English, French, Spanish, or other accepted languages. Passengers under 12 years old are exempt from this testing requirement before departure.
- Passengers must pre-book the mandatory UK government testing package for day 2 and day 8 after arrival.
- At check-in in Hanoi, in addition to the usual travel documents as per immigration regulations, passengers must present the negative PCR Covid-19 test result and the completed PLF form. This form must be fully filled out with all required information, and if any details are missing, the airline has the right to deny processing the passenger as per UK government requirements.
