Changi International Airport is home to four distinct terminals, labeled T1 to T4. Terminal 3 handles flights to and from Singapore with destinations across Asia, Europe, Australia, and the United States.
Changi Airport is not just the largest hub for international passenger and cargo traffic in Asia, but also a massive entertainment and leisure complex that offers a delightful experience for all visitors.
A standout feature of Changi Airport is the Jewel Changi complex near Terminal 3, which offers a spacious and refreshing green space. In addition to enhancing the overall experience, the shift to Terminal 3 makes it easier for Vietnam Airlines passengers to visit the world’s tallest indoor waterfall, the Rain Vortex, which stands at an impressive 40 meters high.

Terminal 3 serves as the main hub for Singapore Airlines and operates flights between Singapore and regions including East Asia, North America, South America, Asia, and the Pacific. Key features of the terminal include the basement, arrival halls, and departure transit areas. A highlight of the terminal is the Green World, a green wall that stretches from the basement to the fifth floor, along with numerous unique art pieces displayed throughout the terminal.
Singapore is currently one of Vietnam Airlines' key markets in Southeast Asia. Over the past 30 years, since the first flight between Vietnam and Singapore, more than 7 million passengers have traveled with the national airline between the two countries.
Since June 15, 2023, Vietnam Airlines has increased the frequency of flights between Hanoi and Singapore to 14 per week and continues to operate its route between Ho Chi Minh City and Singapore with 21 flights per week, every day of the week, to meet growing demand and facilitate travel between the two countries. In 2022, Vietnam Airlines carried a total of 290,000 passengers on flights between Vietnam and Singapore.
